Been appointed to the "seafood and jap" station .. what to do ? Cut sashimi for ppl .. Cook seafood and put on the ice thingy .. Open ultra lots of oysters which makes your hands cry .. smells of seafood b4 i go home ..
Have problems doing handrolls .. Tmd .. pussyfied Zz .. problem making it sharp .. kena "niao" jus because of that ... lucky i do well opening oysters .. if nt kena fark like nbcb
Oh ya .. talking abt oysters .. was specially taught by Sous chef himself when he walk pass me and see me having problems opening oysters .. LOL .. luckily got results to show him i can open :D though nt v.fast

Learn quite a few stuffs aniway .. hope to go back local side ... i rather spend more time split shift while learn from chef den to go home early .. work early .. so stupid ..
ALRIGHT This sunday Janice's b`day ... Gtg out to try Secret garden with her.. Sort of done some reservation =) Done my shopping yesterday which is my off day ... sort of got her some lame stuffs la Zzz i dun koe why i get that LOL .. i sucks at buying present k ?! .. Hope The Secret garden is nice ... for more info ... HAHA ... :D
