Headache

Been having headaches since friday ... sat woke up with headache worse den hangovers ... damn jia lat ... can feel my brain "pumping" hard on me ..


was suppose to go out on a date but coz of that stuid headache .. so argh .. forget it =(


So end up went out on sunday ... had lunch at "Changing Appitite" , Nt bad for a cafe ... Nacho cheese with Nachos and ribeye .. With jelopeno peppers =/ Spicy :D lol .. Nt bad~ ... Worth the $.$ .. rib eye kinda big =.= ..Oh ya it is at marina .. dun koe if other places got nt =/


Watch "Meet the robinsons" Nt bad ... 4/5 star i give it haha .. Laughing like mad 1/2 the time .. lol Esp that stupid Cute Dino With big head and small hands trying to speak like human haha "I have big head and short arms" ERRRRRRRrrRr


Dinner was suppose to go induge at bugis ... trying its fondue .. but ended up we were at the esplanade .. saw lewis and jackie working at korean bbq beside DXO haha .. SO KE LIAN WORKING =p


Went to the "Roof" of esplanade.. Chat till the sun sets .. i feel calm at that time .. The place give me a v.good feeling at that time .. perfect to calm my self after 2 weeks of work ... =) Chat abt What we one in the future ... working ... Life .. Past .. Future .. don't koe y i feel good always when chat abt futures ..


Did something out of my control today .. sry if that scares u , ...its jus something that i can't forget till now .. Guess that it will still take time i guess .. =/ .. Hope u don't feel Bad .. .Sry ..

My Motivator !!!

Alright been working straight 12 hrs this few days ... split shift but i don't like to rest so help out in the kitchen while Steal some recipes and etcs :D who wan receipe of soups and some crab and seafood sauces pls msg me at my msn :D Will tell u haha


Looks like i spend more time in my hotel den at home .. 12 hrs +++ in shangri la is no joke =/ I saw some chefs working in the day ... And didn't return home ... go town jalan jalan .. Den sleep overnight in the hotel .. Somewhere .. Anywhere haha .. coz they stay at malaysia .. lazy go back =/


WA lao ..really feel so wana respect them lol ..esp one of the indian chef ... for the past 2 days ... actually he can go home sleep .. But coz the head chef ask him to stay coz last min got one need to take care of family members .. SAD for him =(


what i learn this few days other den bbq ... When ever i'm nt really bz i'll ninja my self to the noodle bar to help out :D HAHA ... There is a old lady doing the noodle bar ... older den my dad , so u can imagine =/ ..She will go around calling me , Dino "hai zhi" lol ... which means my child in chinese haha ... :D She always Do noodles for me for supper x) b4 we close ... Ate alot of stuffs


Oh ya .. Learn how to make prata , Tissue prata , Flip prata , flatten prata , prata with egg , mutubat(dun koe spell correct or nt , Something like Thick prata with capcium etc inside) ..


Eyes on me .. One of the songs from Final fantasy .. I HAD EYES ON SOMEONE HAHA ... Don't koe her name yet =( .. But she really nice la =(( I dun koe y her smile always attracts me =(( .. Motivates me to work 3x ... no 5x better x)Rocks my world :D

BBQ Madness

Alright , didn't blog yesterday coz i swear i'm tired the moment i reach home .. Lazy to blog yesterday .. today was better Abit ? maybe ? haha ..


Alright yesterday had split shift ... from 11am - 11pm .. Dino pei me all the way too :D ... 1st station kena summoned to was the peng kang station .. Peng satay .. Blah blah ..


1st day kena peng kang , 1st day kena dinner full hse =/ feel so like throwing u into water without teaching u how to swim =( but luckily There is a indian chef very helpfully teach me : D He even Help me peng at his "griller" for Pratas and other indian dishes(His tissue prata TMD shiokness i <3 with it .. the Smell shot into my nose while i was bz peng kanging and i ask if i can have abit .. Woots <3 i'm loving it : D


Fish curry also shiok , nt from those convinient package .. haha shiok :D 3 indian chef .. 1 de partie the others cook 1 ? lol


Tendori also shiok , NAN is tasty , see them flipping the prata =/ imagine i learn how to flip :D i dun need to go down to my kopitiam to buy anymore =x


kinda hate the feeling when u were there peng kang ... Den alot of ppl jus look at u like nv see bbq b4 ... Lunch time there is another wierd Korean guy ... talk to me tlak talk .. when i back to my job he take a picture of me working :D HI KOREAN !!


Everytime ppl will ask how long more isit to be ready ... "2 - 3 min sir/mdm" =.= .. No choice ... abo "5-10" =/ Tmd ... lol anyhow Bomb , ASk them to come back later to take :D


Feel so my fav Place Mache :D but in a style of buffet form haha u cook there ..ppl look at u .. Wonder how isit feel like doing noodles like what is dino station now .. feels like Hmmm lol .. Funny :D


Split shift is lame actually la Zzz in the middle got the stupid 2-3 hrs break yesterday ... So we ninja to Chef armer's fav place ... "Shou" .. the name of the room ... Inside got 2 computers .. Some arm chairs , Some Sofas ... and one Tv .. And a GYM .. =/ .. Chef amer wasn't inside sleeping again =p ... So nvm its time for us to rest there :D


Blah blah .. Chaos =/ lol ... heng got Indian chef to help me =(


Today .. Same stuffs ... But it seems like today have lesser ppl Hmm wonder y =/ Sat ... Suppose to have alot of ppl ? .. Hmm nvm .. do my stuff slowly .. Etc .. Nt like yesterday cock up =/ .. Can even go to dino's station Say hi and bye haha :D


End of the day i got my self a free Wanton noodles with sao rou soup :D ... But have to eat in the chiller Zzz ... lol .. dino's "incharge" cook for us :D hahas ... Oh ya .. Free metubat ..(sry i dun koe how to spell) .. The "prata" which have capsicum , onion , green chilli , egg .. etc etc .. <3 ... indian chef really dote me wtih all the indian food lol ... <3


alright Tml its sunday ... I saw my time table .. Working in Banquet nx week o.o thursday , Friday =/ .. lol .. Den .. guess what ... I'M OFF NX SAT AND SUNDAY !!! Shang Care Finally ended .. Learn lots of stuffs during this time ... Haccp and SFSMS(Dino's fav phase) And how to settle problems when troublesome ppl ... 5 steps of solving problems .. blah blah ...


Alot of role playing , Alot of .. problem solvings ... ETC .. ALOT Of .. FOODDDD .. Been eating "non-stop" since i enter SLS(shangri la singapore), there will be ... breakfast , Teabreak , Lunch , Teabreak .. and when i reach hm ... Dad buy dinner .. 5 meals per day !! SHIT


Found my self 2 eye candies i look up for every time i work .. "MOTIVATORS" :D .. one is Little miss Breakfast and another one Little Miss Lunchbreak is what i call her .. WHY ?! Simple


Little miss breakfast only takes breakfast (i eat breakfast almost everytime i work)and nv ever take her lunch ... And . as for Little miss Lunch ... She Nv ever take breakfast b4 =/ .. AS for dinner dun ask me la , i haven tried dinner shift .. This friday i try find a eye candy for dinner shift :D


This friday doing split shift .. Will have few hrs break .. Reckee about shang ri la 's campus =/ ..taking picture haha .. Posting it i guess

KK .. Glad working in SLS .. Thinking back 4 yrs ago when i made this my dream to enter SLS .. still remenber there is someone who wanted to learn hotel management .. ended up giving up her dreams ... Well i've reach the place i set 4 yrs ago .. now setting a new target =) ..

4th day in ShangRi-La ... B4 i Start i wanna say i'm kinda irrirated with the "ANYHOW" thing .. as i belive there is no "anyhow" in this line =/ .. Congrats to your hotel if u get good results .. So don't tell me bull shit like "my hotel anyhow do also get 1st" .. i'm allergic to bull shits


So i promised my self to mainly use this blog for my 9 mths in SLS , if this carrys on , This will go a very long way , and don't wan2 continue Thank you.


Alright Had our Haccp and SASMS , Will have some theory exam nx week for them to get the cert =D Hope i pass haha.


Normal stuffs went on today .. Boring ... Lunch .. Argh ... so many meals , luckily we are able to use the darn gym =/ ... Will start soon lol ..


Got my self to find my specs , Found a spec suitable for me finally haha .. brand ?? "POLICE" :D .. David beckham's <3 for kitchen use =/ .. kinda discomfort if i work too long .. Somemore i'm riding a bike ... if i'm too tired scare buang and die and no more aron =( I'm too cute to be dead now !! haha Jking

3rd day in Shang ri la

Had Shang Care 1 today ... Talking abt the stuffs abt shang again .. Boring =/ ... but quite alot of them affects how i feel haha ... ESp the one Abt Mr kwok ... Inspire to be a guy like him ... <3 Cute Mr Kwok =D when they show us his picture , Dun think got chance to see him ... He looks v.old le .. founders of shangri-La can be how young ?


Aniway ... Lots of things happened lol .. E.g the training keep disturbing eve and me haha .. Abt me with like couple etc =.=


Eve is a nice girl from pastry =/ haha .. friend to almost all our Dcs 06 jan as she is my "rosette cheese cake supplier" :D

1st 2nd day in Shang

Alright , Starting this blog to be my "dairy" for this 9 mths of journey in Shangri La Hotel singapore .. At least this will bring me memories while i was out of Shang and into army :)


1st day in Shang was great , Nervous , Well was orientation for us , Not only for the new trainees from Shatec But also from the new members of Shang Company


Was talking about history in Shang , The motto etc Every now and then .. and i guess i'll be fat by the end of the whole journey .. I had 4 meals on the 1st day and 5 in th e 2nd


2nd Day in Shang , Still the same old brand new person doing all the stuffs ... Quite boring to sit in "class" and listens ...


About the Canteen in Shang , Food is 'alright' la ... Free flow of yogurt and ice-cream is so tempting Zzz Fruits and breads are free flow too =o .. soft drinks and any drinks are free flow .. HOW CAN i not GET FAT ?


Walk round "THE LINE" Restaurant , open concept type of buffet , Bold with colours an d style .. Guess what ?! ITs in the finalist of best 'hotel restaurant' !! [EDITED DUE TO UNHAPPINESS]


Proud to be a family in Shang for 9 mths , Nv look back since i step in for the 1st two days , Hope i continue to go on and Learn more ...
