Plans .. nx thursday 8th of nov going SLS The line for dinner haha .. since my dad wanna try the food there .. so alright :D why nt ? =p seafood night on thursday .. alot of seafood to eat weee .. haha .. craving for boston lobster and the rock salt salmon =p ... esp when the rock salt salmon still has the juicy tender done-ness .. haha .. always steal some to eat while working =p ..

Haha .. since i start working in shang , Things jus change quite alot .. since i work , Played , fun .. learn , i'm proud of myself this yr .. i didn't slack my life away ... and proud of some trainees who came in shang .. some even work o.t with me =) we learn banq tru the $ and time comsuming way .. haha


What did i gain in shang ? .. hmm i gain knowledge of cooking nt only western but also chinese food .. hands on :D .. cut chop , Learn some language .. joke ... played .. koe alot of ppl .. but most of all i must thanks God for bringing a new girl into my life =) .. someone who koe what i work , Who is better den i'm , Who is mature enough to think (though she had a face like 16 haha)somemore who speak english better den any buddies LOL .. i am in local now .. rather proud of my self .. guess why ? i am able to cook using the WOK i used to think i won't be able to use !? hahahahaha thanks to my week of hard work everyday staying back despite split shift and doing it when there is less crowds ...:D Since i'm at local nw ... why nt make the full use of it to learn more things here .. haha


Started with fried rice .. cook the same rice till it crips .. for hrs ... starting is like cock can't really flip no shit .. slowly ah keong and james help me .. teaching me step by step what to do .. den slowly now i can out the dishes like fried rice , ee fu noodles , chill crab and ginger onion beef :D x) rather happy my self ..
