well its chef's last day .. was rather sad ... since i followed him all the way from le papillion till here ... hmmm haven't got a chance to learn everything from him and i'm going to be toss over to some new ang mo ss s s s s s


Hmm .. Today is monday and yes ... i'm lonely .. lol well nvm .. time for me to finish the romance of the three kingdom .. Seriously long story 80+ chapters Z.. left 30 more ? the the life story is good ... the plot they done , the things they do ..


Compile all the receipe i had done ... well most of them are the basic stuffs .. to mke sure at least the basic is there ... at least i won't get laugh by ppl for nt knowing my basic :) .. How i wish i have a laptop + printer .. or better scanner LOL .. can scan the receipe books i borrow from library ...


PAy will be coming in !! NOOOOOOOO :( This mth pay have to pay for lots of stuffss .. damn .. i hate to pay so many stuffs .. tempted to get a psp my self .. but from what i can see few more mths here i won't even have a chance to play with it :p

Today more funny things happened ... at muse ... 1st i was packing up pasta ... its a must to weight the pasta ... well .. there is only 2 weighing machine .. den ah hao was using one i'm using one ... the sous chef jus came to me and ask ... where are the weighing machine .. i pointed to ah hao coz he is weighing his dough ... saying he is using ..


Den went back to ben .. and say where is the another one .. ?? ben said with me ... well he walk to me and said 'y u nv tell me u using the weighing machine and let me find so long ?' .. Well .. in the 1st place ... can't u see i'm packing pasta ? .. can i weight .. "OHHHH This is ... 80gm ... ok cfm' .. fuck .. i'm nt born with weighing machine arms ..i can't predict k ? ... 2ndly u work longer den me , u see so many ppl wrap pasta .. dun tell me u dun koe ... i might laugh if u r a sous chef ... 3rdly dun jus take the stuffs away jus because u r a sous chef =.= .. repect must be gained not jus to play ranks .... well all i could was to tell him the reason ... well he seems angry .. but t(''t)


Den coming to lunch service ... jonnathan forgot to take out his smoke salmon ... well frozen ... and need to use .. we kinda put in plastic bag den wrap with cling wraps 3x and throw into water ... the next moment sous chef took out the plastic and approached the running water ... WTF SMOKE SALMON , WATER ?? WTF ... SOGGY SALMON ? well i didn't know till jonnatan saw it after he rinse it for 3-5 mins .. and and he look stun ...


As i really hate substandard stuffs .. well i blame my self at times when i do badly .. seriously and approach chef if things go wrong ... well try not to do stuff badly again .. but i hate it when ppl jus like to rush order and do such stants ..well ..so he ask 'y put in plastic bag ' ... CB simple reason .. dumb questions ... well .. i couldn't take it any more and shouted ..back ... 'u didn't see i wrap so many layers so water won't go tru meh' ...

Wtf .. from all the receipe i could dig out i don't remenber rosemary is in the dictonary of 'brown stock' WTF ?? with rosemary strong taste ... put it later also can de ma ? if u wan rosemary sauce .. WELL HE EVEN PUT IN THE STEMS ... THE BITTER PART .. Fuck .. kkk sua ..


Split shift timing , was playing psp ... resting .. walk to his big pot and sort of stir it .. incase it burn .. stir .. and smell .. all i could smell was ... minestrone .. LOL .. SERIOUS the tomato paste seems too much .. that i could smell minestrone ...


Dinner shift reduce lesser ... all i could smell was ... beef bolognese .. Zzz wa lao .. i couldn't take it ..


Well if chef anderson ask me to repect him as he is a sous chef .. i guess its a tough job ... well .. repect for chef anderson is a yes for me .. not an kat la .. but coz he koes he stuffs well .. the things he do won't chui and have reason behind it ... Well its his last day tml .. wish him all the best in his new job =)


Hmm i got a question in mind .. any one could answer me .. Can Extra virgin olive oil be used to 'fry,saute,cook pasta' or isit better to use as last touch ...?? .. compare to using olive oil .. Hmmm ... jus put at comment part .. thank you

Good news ... i might have a restaurant with my own receipe over at penang soon !! ahaha .. ok.. u nv hear wrongly ... Due to my Dad is a malaysian(penang) .. his brother which is my uncle is going back soon to open a restaurant ... yes .. and he wans me to help out abit with what to do .. Hmmm will be slightly tricky because i don't really koe what they love to eat .. since its a "cafe" style ... things like beef steak/hollandaise/etc don't really work out well there .. hmm western but accepted by malaysians ... been planning quite a while ..will ask chef anderson more about it .. since he love doing "New-asian" crusine ^^
