Den alwyne said that he will try .. coz he got alot of orders + he got his own mise-en-place Zz .. due to alot of ppl .. he was jus have enough time to complete what he was suppose to do .. and not able to help out the satay station


so here comes boy .. he scold him .. niao him .. kan him .. cb him .. and alwyne give reasons .. and kena complain ..

Alright went work today .. seafood night .. rock salt salmon .. how to do this ? .. simple =o .. this receipe is for 2 whole salmon :D ... whisk up egg white .. around 12-15 .. pls remind your self that the mixing bowl should nt have water or oil .. nt even a drop :D .. den whisk it up .. need 2 ppl if possible coz your hands/arm will turn sour .. =x .. ok whisk till the egg white turn like ..the whipped cream .. whipped or .. seriously "solid" kind .. to check if u done it correcly .. over turn the mixing bowl .. over your head .. if it drop .. means its not ready yet =p


next .. put in rock salt .. mix well ... fast too :D .. Throw in chopped carrots,celery and onion into the "tummy" of the salmon ... mire poix ? f the spelling .. Zzz den .. slowly rub the mixture on salmon .. from the gill to the tail .. :D .. send into the oven .. bake it for around .. 140c/45 min ! :D .. and its ready to eat =x ..

Ok MONDAY today .. i jus went out with kor to shatec .. wanted to find sebastian ..but he finish work aready .. so we went h.k.l motor to had my road tax and insurance done :D alright will have it done tml .. $115 total lol.. lucky =D cheap

SAT NIGHT .. The last day of 5%gst .. went out with a group of buddies to town .. had dinner .. end up having swesens ..too many ppl around town .. NB .. farkup Z


Went home late that night .. slept at 1 .. woke up at 4.30 .. coz needa bring alice and my self to work .. 6am =/ wtf =o ..


Sunday .. waited for alice for like an hour ... she had to bid good bye to all the ppl ... kinda saw her having red teary eyes when she walk and find me .. lol .. guess she cried


alright .. senior cleared their lockers today .. last day to bring alice back from work .. lol .. so we had out last "dinner after work" today :D ..


Went near jp ... had sakae sushi and had lots of food LOL .. $50 of jap food .. no sushi buahaha .. sick of it .. lol ... end up she paid .. coz she got the uob or the hsbc card ... got cheaper by 10% LOL .. have to pay her back nx time x)
