Today do free ot again =/ help out seafood counter see what i can learn .. haha luckily i stayed (go home also nothing to do , might as well stay =o) .. Learn how to Cook Lobster in it's freshest form .. SERIOUSLY SWEET :D .. Done Crab , Scallop and lobsters today ...


Scallop was ez .. Lobsters was ok .. Problem comes with Crab .. When i look at it fresh .. alive ..with their pincers trying to break over the bamboo ropes ... i was ZZzzzZzZz LOL ... at the moment i prayed lol ... ok at least i jus kena poke by their stupid shells ..


How to make a crab sleep .. Ez .. Throw them into a pot of ice cold water :D .. They WON'T MOVE after 5 mins HAHAHA <3 ..


Learn how to cut its legs and etc .. lol didn't try crab coz i was bz helping with other stuffs .. though i am off working hs ... but looks like their bz hrs is only jus begining ... mother's day eve =o ..


Tml is Finally jan's b`day haha .. This time its kinda well plan .. though only 1 week .. $.$ wasn't a problem this time round .. only time is a problem :( i have to work morning till 3pm .. and stupid spiderman3 only shows at 4pm .. after after 4pm only can watch at 6 .. Which is like WTF...WTF ... WTF .. WTF ... WTF .. WTF ..why can't 5pm .. mus 4 and 6 .. CB .. 5+ spiderman in hole eating peanuts AH ? CB fark Cathay for stupid timing they have .. Dumb
