Tribute to Elvis the king

Been have a funny off days this few weeks ... this is madness ... lol .. thursday, friday sat .. den sunday work .. monday off again .. today its tuesday .. and i'm working 7-3


hmm .. so actually what happen .. had dinner at shang with my parents with y.s and dad .. mom [the line] .. + cousin and her bf .. haha .. handsome bf .. :D~ drools .. aniway had lots of fun and filling day .. lots of lobsters specially made by chef poh , special made bamboo clams .. sweet tasting .. also thai mango + cashew + catfish . made by thai chef :D .. my fav i found in the kitchen was nt the very expensive food .. but rather ???


Garlic Cheese nun - tandoori



LOL .. thats the picture of Nun .. in a "oven" .. add in garlic and cheese ,butter , sugar .. and it taste seriously i swear its heavenly ..(when i return to work i request one too :D) the slightly burn taste .. the softness .. sweet :D the mozell cheese .. woots ..


friday & sat My little chamomile(will tell u why) came over my hs to stay .. during night time had dinner with chef edm .. to celebrate his promotion from Cdp - Junior sous :D .. haha .. had lots of fun chatting ..


Banq chef , Chef whye went .. was chatting abt henesy company opening function and suggest ... that they wan .. their lob biq .. to have .. johnny walker - Blue label in it .. =.= .. LOL .. imagine a $300/btl liq in your soup .. it won't taste night .. but $$$ BLUE LABEL K :D my fav top of the list ..


sat seriously we did nothing much .. watch movie at my hs .. went out to play billard with lewis .. upgrade from pool to billard/snooker since we find pool boring .. and snooker more exciting having such a big table :D


Monday off .. it was raining and y.s wanted go beach b4 it started raining .. so she suggest she wanna come over my hs .. yea .. so she took the bus .. slowly .. yea .. and what we do the whole darn day .. ok .. we .. ate breakfast .. watch movies .. eat lunch , Movie , Eat dinner , SLP =/ SLP darn it slp .. =.= lol


today ... working 7-3 .. it wasn't a shift for trainee .. coz .. 7-3 means u are the only fool standing there cooking chinese breakfast ... lol.. ok nvm luckily i was given a "demo" day .. 7-9am i was doing noodle .. 9-11 breakfast ... lunch .. den blah blah ...


Alright back to chamomile.. its sort of a little flower ... haha .. smells good when u go close it .. add it in tea .. and it taste totally awesome .. haha .. its her fav tea drink .. well .. i still prefer chinese tea .. strong in taste .. dark in colour .. like pu-er tea ..





alright .. anyone who wanna try .. can start from having lipton's herbal infusions [ quietly chamomile] haha ... if u find u slighly bitter u can also add in honey (Her way of drinking it] .. :D


Alright since i haven't been blogging since past few days .. this long blog should be enough .. working 7-3 the whole darn weekdays ... going ala cate nx week .. haha .. hope i dun end up too stress there =( .. heard lots of bad stuff .. =(

I can't wait .. 5 more days .. we will sail tru our month peacefully .. 14 more days to my class 2a :D .. CBR 400RR FIREBLADE ..17 more days to the chalet .. we can't wait !!
