off 3 days :D

Having my off days on thursday friday and sat .. actually thursday is to clear my p.h haha .. clearing on another p.h =/ depavali


was kinda clearing up my room .. lots of mags lying around ... had to compile and i found my mags which is .. "best restaurant 2007" .. while looking though it .. i was thinking which one will i start with ?? at which hotel/restaurant ?? .. bah ..


what is the feeling like when your chef ask you this and answer u back with this answer

Haha good ? .. but this isn't my greatest thing i feel good abt working around ... rather i love the feeling where by when i work , the sous chefs like melvin and wilson boy have the trust in me while i work .. the will jus walk 1 round to my station where ever i work .. ask if is bz or am i ok .. check the stuffs again .. den walk off and will nv come back unless bz :D(Maybe they can't be bothered but i dun care haha)


But still 2 more mths to go .. i'm still v.happy at the place i work nw .. either italian or local ... though a buffet outlet .. i ran banq and cold kitchen when i am free .. doing casual labour .. i guess i left a few outlet like rose venda.. which is like a coffee hs .. and blu our fine dining restaurant .. hmm .. or ya ... butcher too ..


2 mths some days some hrs some sec to go .. nx station going to work in ala cart .. will be so much bz inside zz . since christmas is coming .. argh =( ..
