MY balls are laughing =)

Alright.. Been working this few days .. night time doing mid for italian =/ .. cooked up dishes for the diners .. nt bbq .. mainly cook .. dun koe how to say lol ..


Been pulled to a meeting yesterday ... all the trainees .. something that armer said make my balls laugh seriously ... its moving ?!


He said that the new ex.sous chef .. say that vitia and dino is hard working .. keep up the good work .. without doubt dino is good i agree .. VITIA ??? PLS .. she took 1 1/2 mth mc .. what she learn in the line now is only indian and pizza ... wtf =/ .. wtf .. t(''t) the new ex.sous chef eyes blind or cocked .. i 100% dare to say i'm better,work more hrs,knowledge wise,respect is better then HER?? WTF ..


She is farking working in italian station .. 1/2 the ppl there koe she can't even crack eggs .. which took her to crack 45 mins for 1 carton .. 45mins ..l.j .. 45 i can even fuck a girl and cum 4 times .. Zzz it only take me less den 10 mins or lesser to crack some stupid eggs ..


No wonder moi-jie is so angry and wan me to work morning .. but due to the time table i'm not able to go back .. farking hell ..


Alwyne kena complain(sorry if i spell the name wrongly) .. For not obeying the ex-sous chef's order.... the story goes like this


morning .. alwyne working egg station .. alot of orders coz alot of ang mo like to eat the stupid eggs .. either fried or omelette .. so .. he had to do mise-en-place + making orders for them ..


Then come the short boy(ex-sous chef name is .. winson boy .. fits him .. he is so short Zz) and said "cut onions cucumbers for the satay station" .. Den alwyne said that he will try .. coz he got alot of orders + he got his own mise-en-place Zz .. due to alot of ppl .. he was jus have enough time to complete what he was suppose to do .. and not able to help out the satay station


so here comes boy .. he scold him .. niao him .. kan him .. cb him .. and alwyne give reasons .. and kena complain ..


Chee bye ..ppl bz u cannot see ? eyes got 2 stamp coz u freaking short ? or u work in trader's hotel till you only koe how to trade .. although we are call "theline" and one team one way .. but freaking hell .. dun tell me noodle bar or wok side local side morning got alot of things to do .. i dun belive .. i strongly belive that they can help out ma ?? WTF ..


f the new ex-sous-chef .. who has brain as small as his size .. Cb ..fark the way he complain alwyne .. fark the way he say that vitia is doing well .. fark the way he won't say i do well .. and say that vitia is doing well .. fark the new rule he set saying "ohh if u all under perform,we will keep your log book , and u all won't grad" .. fark u .. fark u ..i stay back more den sometimes 12 hrs a day to help out .. for free cb and vitia ang kat u abit u high .. den say "ohh vitia good .. wan2 learn more"


YOUR MOTHER LA Zzz argh .. ask vitia how many hours she spend and stay back .. and help ... Ask her what she learn in italian other den pizza .. ask her how fast she can complete her mise-en-place if given a task .... ask her how respect she can be when chef-de-partie ask why she do this wrong that wrong .. SHE CAN EVEN FARKING HELL TALK BACK ?! .. WTF WTF WTF WTF .. i dun even dare to talk back .. and agree its my faults at time .. i agree i am human and not angel not satan .. and feel .. "woots .. i am perfect .. i do this correcly .. shut up" .. Zzz


argh .. i feel pissed the whole day yesterday till i think though ..i done my job ... i confident enough that i do better den what she can 100x better ... knowledge wise .. i am better den her ... although i farking hell dun koe how to do a pizza yet .. since i wan2 learn it nx time .. nt now ... still .. Zzz i am sick of it


Alright .. shouldn't get so pissed .. will continue to improve and let her die .. i belive she won't continue this line soon enough ...

Lets see .. jaws got into an accident ... felt pity for her actually .. badly wound .. but still i got to say "why u drink and drive =( .. u so tired and u still dare to drink and drive after work" =/ ... hais .. nvm maybe it'll be a learning point .. to me and her lol since i also riding :D

Well i had think though my plan of going from which station to which station ... after i finish my italian .. i'll go to .. salad bar .. which is like g.m.j .. den after that ... maybe to .. italian again .. and then to butcher .. b4 i head to indian .. i no longer wan2 do local any more .. sick of it =/ .. will request for it .. =/ .. even if i work local i won't wan2 work what ... 7-11 .. Zz crap timing seniors do that .. what did they learn .. well .. i dun koe ... noodle bar .. cook noodle .. cut meat .. do soup .. ok la .. been there done that .. was bored of it .. almost everything instant .. den wok side .. they won't allow u to touch the wok .. unless u do sauce etc ... ok la .. maybe once in a while ... so .. forget it ..Satay station ... no way i'm going back there ..

Going out with y.s later for sushi buffet LOL .. SHISHAMO ROCKS :D .. since she don't take raw stuffs .. guess its either tempura or maybe some other cooked stuff for her =/ .. haha .. den after that will celebrate jia sheng's birthday .. which is on monday .. belated la .. so nvm .. today we celebrate :D hahaha maybe after going out them them .. head down to the pub ? drink chat etc ..


Oh ya .. kena blacklisted by Chef poh of [theline] as play boy Zz .. wtf .. due to the introductions of CDP edmand and ah boon .. keep saying i been flirting around with service staffs ... kitchen staffs .. w/e staffs .. Zz WHERE GOT ARGH .. LOL .. Alice .. ppl mistaken us for being couples by service staffs LOL .. due to the "we play couples" all the time .. shi yuan .. maybe i talk to her once in a while ? ... alot meh =(
