New chef new madness ...

Well .. vue de monde chef came today into the kitchen ... lots of bombstic ... gay ... and i seriously hate the boss .. fuck .. can say from special set 9 ... to become 15 ... where got enough last min ...no choice .. dig it out for them ... imagine around 12 person it self is a $3000 meal .. lol 12 person 3k!! this is madness


total got 5 course . lazy to post pic .. well few courses like lobsters , foia gras .. soup blah blah .. very cool la .. the stuffs ... new items showned and seen ... well .. whatever ..

Well .. the coming soon new head chef had his finger 1st blood the 1st day here by the crab ... lol .. chef anderson who got medals for his seafood category during fha .. do it the right way catching the crab whose claw wasn't tied up ... lol .. Tom the going to be head chef dun really koe the right way to catch it >=/ ...


Fresh pasta was made ... well .. taste nt bad :) wasn't really dissapointed but the way they do damn long la ... use knife slice the noodles Zz .. go find something to roll it out =.= ..


nx monday's off might be eaten away due to the new menu .. fuck ... i need a rest Zz rather tired now .. damn it .. sunday brunch closed , will do mise en place ..for the folloing week ... hais :(
