Well .. its my off day ... rent some cook books up again .. hmmm read up some of it .. well its all italian food .. well antipesto .. etc ..
guess whats my new hobby ??? other den making dishes .. i pick up a habit of doing desserts at muse ..lol .. whenever it is bz / no ppl ... when bz i will do the minor stuffs .. when no ppl i will force ah hao(the pastry chef) to teach me stuffs haha .. well thanks to him i know some minor pastry stuffs from chocolate souffle , creme bulree .. cheesecakes so on and so for .. haha :)
girl is sleeping like a log now .. cheryl too ... well .. time for me to sleep .. sch reopened today for sec schs students and some polys haha .. Well .. back to work again tml .. Nx week is the start of the 'aust' ... well lets see what will happen den .. will sure miss the time with chef anderson ..
